Chainfree.com is an innovative new website dedicated to selling properties not caught up in a property chain which has been launched to help people buy and sell realistically priced homes more quickly and efficiently.

Chainfree.com is a one-stop shop which means purchasers no longer have to spend hours surfing the net, attending auctions and visiting countless estate agents.

Chainfree.com Chief Executive Paul Smith explained: "All the properties featured have been realistically valued, in most cases by two other independent valuers, to ensure they are at the right price. Because they are chain free, the purchase is likely to go through quickly without any undue delays, taking the stress out of buying a property. The site has already experienced a huge surge of interest."
